feat: 降低Python版本要求并更新分类器

- 将requires-python从>=3.13降级到>=3.10，以支持更多Python版本
- 在所有pyproject.toml文件中添加Python 3.10、3.11、3.12的分类器
- 更新lzwcai_workflow_to_mcp的版本号从0.1.2到0.1.3
