- Replace scattered .prettierignore files with a single root config
- Add scripts/ci.js to orchestrate lint, format, typecheck, commitlint, and build
- Simplify ci.yml to use ci.js and npm ci
- Apply prettier formatting to docs, locales, and HTML files
